  • Instructor profile : Native-speaker teacher-trainer who listens to each participant throughout the group.

  • Material organization : Blackboard, video and audio cassettes, simulation and role-playing games, multimedia.

 

 

FOLLOWING THE EXECUTION AND APPRECIATION OF THE RESULTS

 

  • Assessment of skills acquired during the course: quarterly and individual assessments.

  • Final evaluation in the form of written and oral tests to check whether the initial objectives have been achieved.
